About me

I began my journey in photography in 1995 with a Zenit 122, a fully manual camera that I used mainly for simple daily snapshots. It was only in 2004, when I acquired my first digital camera, a compact model, that I started developing a special interest in nature, landscapes, and weather phenomena. In 2006, I began investing in knowledge and participating in discussion groups. That same year, I purchased my first DSLR camera—and I haven’t stopped since.

Because of my academic background—a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, focused on the process of “invisible digital watermarking for printed color images as a copyright protection mechanism”—I developed a fascination with the technical aspects of digital imaging, delving deeper into color management and backup strategies.

Today, I have the pleasure of producing my own prints. They are the result of many hours of work, from capture to the careful choice of paper, all to ensure the right feel for each photograph.

I taught for almost 10 years in higher education, both in engineering and photography, and discovered a passion for teaching. Since then, I have continued my role as an educator, offering personalized courses and providing consulting for photographers and digital content creators.
